Yes, Now You Too Can Be Organized..Just Stick With IT!

I am all about being organized. Mainly because I think I really suck at it, and I’m only one tool away from conquering ALL!

I don’t know about you, but being a virtual assistant sometimes means spending 12-14 hours straight on the computer. My mind can sometimes turn to mush.

Fleeting thoughts interrupt my mind during those hours…things like, my daughter’s birthday I have to plan, things to shop for, To DO’s and reminders. BUT, rarely can I just stop what I’m doing and go to my Outlook….I have so many emails it takes too long to load:(

So, on my quest to be organized, cute and creative I found Notezilla a desktop version of the standard “sticky notes” that allows me to keep running notes on my computer’s empty desktop space. I can customize, title, view or hide, any type of note on my PC. Each note is “skinnable” and fully customizable, and you can even password protect them!

What’s really cool, is that if a “blog idea” hits you while you’re working, its a great way to jot down those thoughts.
